Registration to this forum is free! We insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below. Although the Administrators and Moderators of TheMusicDynasty.com will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. (developers of vBulletin) will not be held responsible for the content of any message. By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise in violation of any laws. FORUM RULES

No spamming! This includes making a thread or post for personal gain of your business, company, website, etc. Also, do not spam or abuse any other member via e-mail or by private messages.

No advertising! This includes having a website name in your signature, profile, or anywhere else on the site. Your own personal Blog site is allowed as long as you have a link to themusicdynasty.com/forums somewhere on your blog advertising us. Please do not ask or talk about any other sites in the forums or Shoutbox. We will use word filters to replace those sites with our site name if it is necessary.

Respect ALL of the staff members, Administrators, and owners. Flaming posts towards these people may result in a warning and/or ban.

Flaming posts or trolling is not allowed. If you have a problem with the site then please send an Administrator a private message.

Racism is NOT allowed. We have a zero tolerance policy for any subliminal racism or strong racism. Please keep any racist comments to yourself.

Respect other members including yourself. Do NOT make offensive comments, gestures, etc, to any other members. If you believe that something is offensive, please let the member know that is offensive and talk to that person about that issue. However, if the problem get serious or gets worse then please inform one of Moderators or Administrator about it. We understand that there is always going to be problems and e-beef between members, but we ask to please not excessively go after another member. This creates many useless threads and posts.

Please be courteous to ALL new members and make them feel welcome. Try to conversate with them and make them feel a part of The Music Dynasty. We take pride in new people signing up to Music Dynasty everyday and it is important they realize they are a big part of The Music Dynasty.

Be aware of where you post your messages at such as if you are making an adult related post. For instance, an adult related post should be made in our Lovers & Friends section. There are kids on the forum that do not need to see this.

Members only get ONE user name on the forum. If you want your user name to change for a GOOD REASON then please ask an Administrator (then we will consider this as if it is necessary.) If we don't then you can purchase a user name change in TMDplaza.

If you are banned and create more usernames then your ban time will increase.

Negging (negative reputation): Excessive negging towards one or many members is NOT allowed. If you neg them then please only neg them once if you feel they deserve a neg. If you have a problem with someone negging you then please contact an Administrator so we can take appropriate action.

Parental Discretion: Parents--If you want your kids to join The Music Dynasty then be aware that it is not our responsibility for the viewings in some forums. We strongly suggest that YOU ask us to move your kids into our kids group. This will only allow kids to view some forums that are permissible such as Critic's Corner, Sports, Arcade, etc).

POSTING RULES

Do not make useless or pointless threads.

Do not bump threads excessively such as 4 or 5 times a day (especially in the Download Chamber).

Do not bump threads that are older than 2 months unless it is a download that you are after.

Keep free posting to a minimum. Excessive free posting is not allowed.

When posting any news you must provide the source with your thread. If not then it will be trashed by a Moderator.

SIGNATURE AND AVATAR RULES

Administrators have yet to discuss this. Please check back at a later date for these rules.

DOWNLOAD CHAMBER

Please do not advertise any websites with links on download files. You can request to be a site affiliate and have your banner added to Music Dynasty if you want promotion.

SHOUT BOX RULES

Please be respective to other members. If a member ask you to stop then please stop. This will prevent a staff member from having to intervene.

No spamming.

No racism.

No whacking across the screen such as 'BYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE'.

No yelling (using caps letters and mean yelling).

No flooding! This means no excessive shouts using the same words or posting usless shouts after shouts.

No use of filter words.

No excessive e-beefing.

No trolling.

ACCOUNT DELETION

Please send a private message to one of the site owners if you wish that your account be deleted. Please give us a GOOD REASON to why you want your account deleted. We will grant your requests if your reason is valid.

WARNINGS/INFRACTIONS

1st warning: Warned by Moderator or Administrator verbally (either in private message or e-mail).

2nd warning: Increase one level of warning and will be suspended for 1 day and moderated by Moderator for one week.

3rd warning: Increase one level of warning and will be suspended for 1 week and moderated by Moderator for one month.

4th warning: LAST WARNING by Administrator and banned from the site permanently.

OWNERS POLICY

DJ Matt and 1uxks reserve the right to add, remove, change, or override any action done on the site by any member or staff member if deemed necessary. Please understand and note that the owners have a lot to do on the forum such as maintaining the site technically and making sure all members are treated equally. Some decisions that are made may be very difficult and we please ask all of you to respect the decisions of those made by the owners.
